Refund and Return Policy

1. Introduction

At Deep Blue Distilleries, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. This Refund and Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which we accept returns, process refunds, and handle exchanges.

2. Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used bottles of alcohol.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items purchased on clearance or sale.
  • Personalized or custom orders.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@deepbluedistilleries.ca or 604 767 5075 to request a return authorization.
  2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
  3. Once your return is approved, securely pack the item and include the proof of purchase.
  4. Ship the item to the following address: 5800 Cedarbridge Way #130, Richmond BC V6X 2A7

Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check the following:

  • Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
  • Contact your bank or credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@deepbluedistilleries.ca or 604 767 5075.

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same item, please contact us at info@deepbluedistilleries.ca or 604 767 5075.and send your item to: 5800 Cedarbridge Way #130, Richmond BC, V6X 2A7

8. Tour Cancellations and Refunds

If you need to cancel a tour booking, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Refunds for tour cancellations will be processed as follows:

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the tour will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour will not be eligible for a refund.
