How to Buy for Your Restaurant or Bar

Our chief distiller has more than 35 years in the beverage industry and product development. He developed some of the most popular products in the industry, including brands that started small and became massive international successes. This deep knowledge allowed us to create superior products using the best equipment in the world. Because our equipment is highly efficient, we can compete with anyone on price while keeping our environmental impact as low as possible.

Logistics and Delivery

Everything runs directly out of our distillery in our central location in Richmond. During the labor strike last autumn, we formed some great relations with bars and restaurants around the province. People discovered that the quality of our products is second to none and that local spirits reflect well on their establishments.

Setting up an account is simple. Give us a call and we can usually do that within a few minutes. Once the account is ready, placing an order is as simple as giving us a call, sending a text, or sending an email.

Lead time is always appreciated, but we understand the reality of the floor. We can often deliver on short notice to keep your bar running. For restaurants and bars, we are happy to do split cases. You can assume there is no fee for delivery unless we tell you otherwise.

Wholesale and Doc 60

All sales are recorded through the BC Liquor Distribution website. We handle this on our end. An invoice is generated, commonly referred to as a Doc 60, which handles all of the calculations for the cost.

As a restaurant, you receive our wholesale prices. Our prices are competitive and often less than the big international brands for comparable products, such as standard bar vodka. Even at these prices, our quality remains superior.

Payment Policy

BC government policy is clear: craft distilleries cannot deliver product until it is paid for. Typically, we keep a credit card on account or accept payment at the moment of delivery. This is standard practice because it is a policy of the BC government that protects everybody. It ensures craft distillers are paid and prevents restaurants from going into debt. It saves everyone from disputes.
